Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Fall is known for two things: beautifully colored trees and pumpkins. Pumpkin everything: cake, pie, coffee, candles, what my kids are wearing the whole month of October, because, fall.

One thing we love to do in our house is bake. Ok I’m kidding, we only bake around the major holidays: Fall, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day (yes Fall is a holiday!) Our favorite Fall recipe is Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins. They are quick, easy, and you can let the kids wash the dishes while you eat them. I mean, the kids can help make the muffins!
