Fall means two things:
1. I can pull those leggings back out with my cute boots
2. baseball starts again
If your house is anything like mine, we have either practice or games almost every day of the week between the two kids. My sweet old crock pot gets a LOT of use during ball season. I've rounded up some of my FAV crock pot recipes that my picky kids actually eat!!
We actually haven't tried this one yet but its currently in my crock pot as I type this so I'll let ya know if it's any good tomorrow! We make a similar version without the rice as a party dip so I'm pretty confident everyone will enjoy this!
This is our FAVORITE chilly evening dinner! The kids love it with the extra veggies in it too so I can't ever complain!! Plus it makes enough for leftovers for our family of four!! Huge plus!
I'll be honest, sometimes I cheat and just buy the pot roast slow cooker packet from the grocery and toss that in with some veggies and water.
This one is super simple and delicious! There's just something about potatoes in the fall!! So good!
And then there's always a pot of spaghetti for that last night of the week. Which you CAN actually make in the crock pot!
